Proudly announcing the Tindale Medical Hub has achieved General Practice Accreditation with Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited (AGPAL). AGPAL accreditation takes dedication, teamwork and a commitment to continuous quality improvement of health care services.

We undertook this voluntary process, to demonstrate and reassure our valued customers, that we are committed to providing safe health care practices at the highest quality of standard as possible.

During our on-site assessment, the surveyors checked our systems and processes, reviewed our policies and procedures and interviewed a number of our staff members to check compliance with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) national standards. Our team put in countless hours to achieve accreditation and are committed to working together to provide continuous quality health care in our General Practice.

So, what does this mean for you? It means you can be confident that our dedicated team of reception staff, managers, nurses and doctors, proudly work together to ensure we give you and your family the best quality healthcare possible.
